Nebraska Independent Auto Dealer Association Training

Our NEIADA training prepares Nebraska-based independent auto dealers to implement federal and state statutory and administrative management principles through our specialized training developed by experienced Nebraska dealers, administrators and legal professionals.

We address three areas: 

  1. State of Nebraska law (one hour credit)
  2. Federal law (two hours credit)
  3. State and federal laws and regulations governing advertising (one hour credit)


   You must complete all three courses and download a Certificate of Completion for each course. 

 Cost is $150 for the license renewal course.

Federal Law Dealers

These lessons cover essential federal regulations including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, and the Safeguards Rule. Our federal training focuses on credit disclosures, adverse action notices, privacy protection, and record retention compliance.

TWO HOURS CREDIT

Nebraska State Law

Nebraska’s licensing, titling, tax credit, odometer, and paperwork requirements are examined. We guide dealers through legally mandated procedures and forms for lawful retail vehicle transactions in the State of Nebraska.

ONE HOUR CREDIT

Nebraska Advertising

Nebraska’s specific advertising laws, including prohibitions on misleading pricing, unsubstantiated comparisons, and bait-and-switch tactics. full disclosure and compliance with written promotional content are addressed.
